State Bonuses Decline

Bonus payments to state workers have dropped off dramatically in the past three years, according to state records reviewed by 27 News.
The bonuses are classified as discretionary compensation adjustments, or DCA's. State records show in fiscal year 2002, 2,632 DCA's were awarded. So far in this fiscal year, 460 have been awarded.
